TRUST MEETINGS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES
MVI coordinates regularly-scheduled Trust meetings and prepares Trust financial statements for presentation at these meetings. MVI becomes the back office for the Trust Fund.
The financials are prepared and reviewed by certified public accountants as part of our full trust accounting services.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMPLIANCE
Under State and Federal law, the responsibilities and requirements of a Trust have become more challenging to maintain. Being a Trustee carries with it much greater responsibilities, obligations and liabilities than in the past. As Trust plan administrators, MVI assures that the trust is compliant with current law and regulations and prepares all government reporting.
MVI keeps Trustees and employers informed of ongoing changes in State and Federal regulations so that our clients are able to protect plan assets and operate efficiently.
